What is Bike Shop Switzerland ?

Our goal is to encourage cycling in Switzerland. We started seven years ago by organizing bicycle trips across the country and we are now taking a new direction by promoting brands related to Swiss cycling.

All products are available for international shipping at reasonable rates. 

Our immediate practical goals are:
1) To get the hard-to-find BMC clothing line into the hands of riders outside Switzerland.
2) To promote cycling in Switzerland through our own clothing designs. 

The shop also offers cycling maps of all 9 Swiss National Routes, and this Spring we will also be introducing our own Bike Switzerland product line.

Where do you get these products ?

We negotiate directly with the manufacturer. We know the folks at BMC and Hancapie sports and our goal is the same: to get the word out about BMC !

Our own kit is set to come out in this spring and is designed here in Switzerland by a Swiss outfitter.

How much is shipping and How long will it take ?

Items are shipped ECONOMY and will arrive in Switzerland in 2-3 days, Europe in 4 to 8 days or in North America/Australia in 7 to 15 days.

Prices for ECONOMY shipping:
Switzerland: 5 Chf
Europe: 15 Chf
Anywhere outside of Europe: 20 Chf

If you prefer to receive your items more quickly, you can choose “PRIORITY” shipping and your items will arrive in half that time.

Prices for PRIORITY shipping:
Switzerland: 10 Chf
Europe: 20 Chf
Anywhere outside Europe: 35 Chf.

What currency do you use ?

All prices are in Swiss Francs. You can calculate the approximate cost by following this link to a currency exchange calculator.

What about tax ?

Tax is only applied to purchases shipped to an address in Switzerland.

Can I buy insurance ?

All merchandise over 30 Chf is fully insured by us. If for some reason your package doesn’t arrive, we will begin processing your insurance and ship your new items.

Can I trace my merchandise ?

Yes. Any purchase over 30 Chf will receive a tracking number that will allow you to keep track of your envelope or package.

Can we return merchandise for whatever reason ?

Yes. However, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for return and re-expedition if you want to exchange the product for another size.

All items must be returned in perfect condition with tags.
